- Combine soup and milk and spoon over cheese.
- Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
- Drizzle melted butter over top.
Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-6 hours

We LOVED this. I was skeptical about chicken in the crockpot and we generally don't like swiss cheese so I was surprised by how much I liked it! Also, you all may know this but I put the chicken breasts in straight from the freezer and it came out great Anything that cuts out the step of touching gross, fleshy, raw chicken will be a regular on my menu.
ReplyDeleteThis dish surprised us too! Cream of chicken soup works well if you have a mushroom hater in the family.
ReplyDeleteI just tried this. Yum! It is being added to the regular rotation, because not only is it yummy, it is easy!
ReplyDeleteMy husband isn't a swiss fan, but it doesn't taste swissy at all. I also used stove top "chicken" stuffing because that's what I already had... still good!
Love this recipe. So easy to make. And my husband and 15mo. daughter loved it. This is going in the regular rotation. Thanks - Nicole Ambuel
ReplyDeleteThis recipe is awesome...only change I made was using Roasted Garlic Cream of Mushroom soup. Gave it a little extra zing.
