Christopher's Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients
2 Boxes Jiffy Muffin Mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup melted margarine
6 hot dogs - cut in thirds

Directions
- Make the muffin mix according to the package directions
- Add 1/4 cup melted margarine to the mix
- Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray
- Spoon muffin mix into the bottom of each muffin cup
- Press one hot dog piece into the muffin mix
- Spoon remaining muffin mix over hot dog making sure each hot dog piece is covered in mix
- Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and immediately brush tops of muffins with remaining melted margerine
- Serve to happy children

Yield: 18 muffins

    About the Club Penguin. I signed my four-year-old in under the ultimate chat mode and he does love it. But it isn't something he can do totally alone...yet. Usually with his older brothers urging him on, he waddles around and explores the island, throws snowballs, and waves and dances.

    We guide him towards games which use mouse control verses the ones that use keyboard arrows, but sometimes he is content just to waddle around. I don't think it will take long, though, for him to gain proficiency. Kids pick this stuff up SO much faster than we adults, lol! Hope that helps! Thanks for visiting!
